“We chose Hansen Living to do our renovation after Scott was recommended by a real estate agent. We met with him several times before committing, feeling torn between proceeding with the stress of a renovation and not wanting to proceed with the whole thing. Scott was reassuring, positive and nothing was too much trouble. He was prompt with his communication, answering emails, and phone calls quickly. He gave us a realistic quote, and readily provided more specific details when requested. But the thing that really made the renovation easier was whenever an issue arose, Scott’s attitude of “We can solve this, “ took the pressure off, reassuring us and resulted in a renovation with which we happy. We left quite a bit of the design work to Scott too. He liaised with us, sent ideas, did modifications etc , again making the process of renovating as easy as possible. If changes resulted in different costing, Scott made sure we understood this, including price reductions as well as additional cost. His workmen were all top quality, trustworthy, reliable people. We had not emptied all the contents from our house, but felt totally comfortable with people coming in to work whilst we were not there. Scott is a very genuine person, with whom we feel we can trust. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any building job.”
