This complete custom built luxury apartment renovation on Princes Street, Port Melbourne, was carried out by Hansen Living, including a rooftop entertaining area with city skyline views. It reflects Hansen Living’s apartment and penthouse renovation work alongside its custom home builds, managed in-house from concept through to completion.

This three-bedroom apartment was brought to life with a complete renovation giving the property a very modern look and feel. The residential property was completely stripped back, creating a new custom kitchen, bathroom and reconfiguring bedrooms.

The redesign also involved refitting the home with beachwood timber flooring, Emporite joinery and high end fixtures and fittings throughout. This property offers stunning city views to the north with an entertainer’s balcony.
