St Kilda West Sub-Penthouse Fit-Out

This premium sub-penthouse transformation on Beaconsfield Parade, St Kilda West, was completed by Hansen Living and takes full advantage of its bay views. The project shows Hansen Living’s approach extending beyond standalone homes into premium apartment and penthouse fit-outs, managed in-house from design through to the final finish.

This spectacular double water frontage apartment was completely stripped back to its shell and refurbished to the highest of standards. Encompassing a balcony overlooking the beach, it is an entertainer’s delight with over 200 square metres of general living and 80 square metres of terraces.

This luxury apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, a study, a separate entertaining lounge and features a sun soaked wrap around balcony with stunning of views of both the beach and the city. The custom design of this apartment included a huge master bedroom with an ensuite, large wardrobe, island bench, jewelry and tie storage and stone top.

There were many challenges associated with the construction. We had to work in conjunction with body corporate when stripping and removing debris from the sub penthouse level and the builders had limited access. Cranes also had to be used on major roads which required traffic coordination and management.
