Beaconsfield Parade – Albert Park

This premium bayside residence on Beaconsfield Parade, Albert Park, was designed and built by Hansen Living. The build reflects Hansen Living’s approach to luxury inner-Melbourne construction, with design, construction and interiors managed in-house throughout — the same standard of finish seen across the Hansen Living portfolio.

We undertook a full reconstruction and refurbishment of this stunning three bedroom penthouse. The reconstruction involved two apartments, providing separate zones and defined spaces for both areas.

We custom built new bedrooms, a living area and a bathroom to further enhance this masterpiece property. Careful consideration was taken in both the planning and execution phases to ensure that we retained the period and stunning presence of the iconic building.
