This property on Beaconsfield Parade, St Kilda West is an iconic 102 year old home. The property was originally 2 apartments that had been transformed into one large home. We had to strip back the property to its shell and extend the existing structure and then provide a complete rebuild of the home while adding a complete new 3rd level.
The end result was a stunning 3 storey period home, consisting of a chef’s gourmet kitchen with huge butler’s pantry, 5 bedrooms, his and her offices with lounge areas, billiards room with kitchenette/bar, a custom-made showcase wine cellar, stunning formal dining room, and resort-style pool with an outdoor entertaining area.
The 3rd level has uninterrupted beach and city views with a fully-operatable glass roof, and has been set up for the inclusion of a teppanyaki bar, commercial home gymnasium, as well as a world-class golf simulator.
