We relocated our offices at 520 Collins Street, Melbourne and required a Building Project Manager to co-ordinate the construction and fit-out in a very tight time frame.

We engaged Hansen Living to undertake the works and were very happy with Scott's construction knowledge, leadership, organisation of tradesmen and quality of the works that were undertaken. Scott's own high expectations meant that he also offered insights as to what he believed was or was not up to his own high standards.

Hansen Living coordinated most aspects of the fit-out. This encompassed fitting out an empty shell, offering advice, and ensuring our premises were finished to a standard that our own premium clients expect. Scott also provided some good ideas about aspects we could consider to improve the layout and quality of the fit-out such as specially painted doors.

We were extremely appreciative that the fit out was achieved within a very tight timeframe as we were changing premises and only had a limited change over period.
